The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives.
Psalm 37:23
He cares for every detail of our lives. Every part.
The big parts, the little parts.
What we do for a living down to what our favorite food is.
He cares for every part of our lives.
That’s so amazing to think that the God who created the universe, who is full of so much power, cares about the smallest details in my life.
? The wind that blows when I’m out working in the yard and am so hot
? The beautiful sunset he paints in the sky when I’m having a hard day missing my Sam
? The beautiful red bird sitting in the tree in my backyard
All of these little things he does to show he cares about me.
He cares about my pain. When a wave of grief hits me that threatens to take me over. He lovingly picks me up and carries me through that wave until it subsides.
No one will ever care for you more than Jesus.
His love has carried me through so many hard times. His love has put together the pieces of my shattered heart piece by piece. My heart isn’t the same now. It carries scars it didn’t have before.
But because Jesus cares for me so much, he didn’t leave my heart shattered. He lovingly has helped me pick up every piece and put it back together.
